I am a motivated, adaptable and reliable graduate in 3D Design from Loughborough University. I thrive while being busy and pro-active in action planning and objective setting. Alongside my degree, I was a member of two university committees. I succeeded in these roles because of my excellent time management and the habit of making every second count. I have a clear, logical mind with a practical approach to problem solving and strive to complete tasks to the highest standard. I am passionate about my work with the enthusiasm to make things happen and achieve goals.

May 2010 à June 2011: University Ski Club President
Leading a committee of 13 people to run the 350 member university ski club. Ensuring the club is run smoothly and successfully to maximize the experience for members. Constantly dealing with external companies in relation to sponsorship, trips abroad and competition events. Responsible for a £500,000 budget, and merchandise orders of £10,000.
September 2010à June 2011: University Athletic Union Ball Liaison Officer
Following the resignation of my predecessor I was asked to step back into this position, given my success the year before. Applying everything I learnt from the previous year I was able to make this event the most successful to date in attendance and financial terms. Resulted in the first profitable year having managed a £21,000 budget.
May 2010 à September 2010: University Athletic Union Secretary
Keeping accurate records of all Athletic Union meetings. Organization of regular meetings and the schedule of other committee members. Active involvement in all areas of the Athletic Union.
May 2009 à May 2010: University Athletic Union Ball Liaison Officer
Managing the organization of the annual Athletic Union Ball. Involves leading a team, delegating tasks and negotiating prices. I created an action plan in which I support others to complete set objectives. Responsible for managing a £18,000 budget.
April 2009 à May 2010: University Ski Club Secretary
Overseeing the day to day running of the club; regularly responding flexibly and positively to changing situations. Working as team, in which I give and accept positive criticism to meet deadlines while motivating others to help the club reach its full potential.
June 2008 à October 2009: Catering Assistant: Brooklands Museum, Weybridge, Surrey
This position required me to have commercial awareness and present a positive company and personal image. I learnt new required skills and confidently used the till. I acquired the knowledge surrounding food preparation and food hygiene.
Achievements
Gold Duke of Edinburgh Award à To fulfill this award I had to work in a team supporting and motivating others consistently. I had to show determination and organization in order to be a successful team member. Personal evaluation and accepting responsibility was key to a positive outcome.
Loughborough Experience Award Nominee 2010 and 2011 à This is the recognition of students who work to create more of an experience for others whilst at university.
